How do I place my order?
Select "Order" the top of our website, add the Order icon to your shopping cart and check out. You will be prompted for payment details and instructions on how to submit your pet pictures.
How do I choose pictures of my pet?
Find several of your favorite adorable snapshots of your four-legged friend. We'll provide you with a private designated folder to upload your pictures. Then & Now will then compare all of the options and pair up the two best images for the most realistic artwork.
For a more successful result, we are looking for the following details in two of your pet images.

Perspective/Camera Angle: Pictures taken from similar directions looking at your pet will work best when placed together. If the first image is looking down from above, and the second picture is at eye-level, the files can not be combined in a realistic manner.

Lighting: It is best to have similar lighting in both images. Try to avoid having harsh shadows or bright light on your pet in one image and not the other.

What type of pictures can I send you?
We can accept picture files in a variety of digital formats. Common formats are jpg, png, tiff, psd, pdf, as well as any raw camera files.
Printed Pictures

You will need to scan or photograph all printed pictures, and submit a digital copy to us.

Scanning prints will give you the best results.

If photographing a printed picture, avoid reflections and glare on the picture surface.

Cell Phone Pictures

Pictures taken by a cellphone within the past 6-8 years are often a usable quality to use for digital artwork.

An older cellphone camera's quality was not as it is today, however many pictures taken on older phones can still be enhanced and be used successfully. If you are using an older cellphone picture, be sure to still send a file of the highest quality you can.

Do I get to pick the background?
When you order, you will be asked to select a Background Style that you prefer for your pet's artwork. We use your choice as a theme to build off of and your final product may not be using that exact image. Each style represented has many unique backgrounds that we may choose from. Our artists pick the best background that work with your specific pet snapshots.
How many of my snapshots do you include?
Your purchase includes artwork created out of one or two of your pictures that you provide. You may add-on additional pictures of the same pet, or combine additional pets into the one artwork we are creating for you. There is a $50/picture cost to add additional pets or a third image of the same pet.
What do I receive with my Digital Artwork order?
When you purchase our Digital Artwork, you are purchasing the time and talent of our digital artist, a digital jpg file for you to download with copyright release.
How long does it take to receive my Pet Digital Artwork?
Once you place your order, you will be contacted with an estimated timeframe of when to expect your completed product. Then & Now strives to deliver in a timely manner, but never at the expense of quality. Some edits do take longer to ensure they reach the high quality of products we want to represent our company.
Typical orders take between 3-7 days to complete.
Can I order prints or other products?
Then & Now is excited to offer our clients access to a variety of high quality prints, canvases, metals, as well as a variety of other print products. Blankets, mugs, socks, ornaments are all common items to purchase with your Pet Digital Artwork. Print and product orders take between 5-10 days for processing and delivery. When orders are shipped, you will receive shipping and tracking information.
Our favorite product to display your masterpiece is on a metal print. This artistic medium shows excellent color with a touch of metallic sheen coming through.
